ABOUT The owner

Linda Ernst has 25 years of experience in speech-language pathology. Her primary area of speciality is in pediatric medically-based speech pathology (swallowing, voice, motor speech and cleft palate related disorders), including working more than 20 years at a pediatric hospital, NICU / infant feeding experience, inpatient rehabilitation with both children and adult clients, and prior work at a long-term care facility.

She started her career in a public school and is well-versed in both birth-to-three early intervention and early childhood settings. She has several areas of interest, including voice/upper airway and swallowing disorders, fluency (stuttering and cluttering), motor speech (apraxia and dysarthria), cleft palate, and accent modification coaching. Linda has a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia University.
